"Things started out great, however, any time we have needed his assistance outside of the norm, he has been unavailable. Phone calls and emails have been left unanswered. Unfortunately, we need an insurance agent who communicates."

"Cannot recommend State Farm. Lowballed auto repairs. We made up the deficit out of pocket. Denied claim for roof replacement after hailstorm when all surrounding homes had roofs replaced by their insurance companies. Did not renew with them. They are notorious for this."
